Free shipping when you spend over £50 for UK shipping,

or over £150 for international shipping.

USA and EU Friendly!

Orders shipped to customers in the USA under $800 in value are exempt from tariffs and duties. If you would like to spend more than $800, please get in touch for a discount!

Orders to the EU are VAT inclusive, so no extra charges are applied at the border. Read more about the EU further down.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship to a number of countries around the world, please add items for purchase then use the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page to see if we currently ship to you.*

We estimate the dispatch time for all stocked items to be around 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Print on demand items have a lead time of approx. 2 weeks, as they are made to order.

We use Royal Mail 24 for delivery in the UK and either Royal Mail Tracked Airmail or FedEx for international deliveries.

UK orders will normally arrive in 2-3 days, European Union Orders 1-4 weeks and World Wide orders 2-4 weeks.

Flat rate postage and packaging charges:

  • £2.50 per order for UK orders - Royal Mail 24
  • £5.5 per order for UK orders - Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • £8 per order for tracked airmail shipping to the USA, France and Germany.
  • £11.00 per order for tracked shipping to the rest of the EU, Canada, and Australia.
  • £14.00 per order to most other international destinations** - Tracked
  • Courier options are available to certain other destinations, please use the postage estimator to check.

Note that for customers outside the UK, a customs declaration will be attached to your parcel. Your local customs may hold or examine the parcel, causing an added delay which is beyond our control. You may also be liable for additional taxes or duties for which Anvil Industry Ltd is not responsible (for EU see further down).

Where is my order?

If your order does not arrive within one week of placing your order (UK) or four weeks (rest of world) please contact us.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Anvil is registered with IOSS (Import One Stop Shop), which enables us to ship orders up to a value of £125 into the EU. We will charge and collect VAT at the local rate, which means that there should not be any VAT or customs duties to pay on import.

IMPORTANT: If you get a customs charge this is incorrect, please allow that package to be returned to us, we will not be able to refund any charges paid in error. 

If you would like to order more than £125 worth of product, you will need to place multiple orders, and we will not be able to combine them.

*We do not ship to every single country, and may remove a country from our shipping list if we receive a high proportion of missing or fraudulent orders, or if there is widespread copyright infringement.

** This service uses the local post office in your country, if we experience a high proportion of issues with delivery we may withdraw it.
