Due to the wide range of delivery times from local postal services around the world, it is difficult for us to ensure a package will arrive before Christmas.
As a guide, to give your package the best possible chance of arriving before Christmas if this is important to you, please place your order by the following dates:
UK - Monday 18 December
International - Wednesday 6 December
Please note, the lead times shown on Print-on-Demand products still apply, so if it states up to 2 weeks, then the order would need to be placed 2 weeks before the dates above.
Anvil is now registered with IOSS (Import One Stop Shop), which enables us to ship orders up to a value of £125 into the EU. We will charge and collect VAT at the local rate, which means that there should not be any VAT or customs duties to pay on import.
Unfortunately because this is a new system and most likely not very well understood by customs authorities, there may be occasions where charges are incorrectly applied.
IMPORTANT: In this case we request you do not pay them and allow that package to be returned to us, we will not be able to refund any charges paid in error.
If you would like to order more than £125 worth of product, you will need to place multiple orders, and we will not be able to combine them.
We estimate the dispatch time for all orders to be around 2 working days, subject to stock availability.
We use Royal Mail 24 for delivery in the UK and either Royal Mail Tracked Airmail or DPD for international deliveries.
UK orders will normally arrive in 2-3 days, European Union Orders 1-4 weeks (customs checks are adding delays) and World Wide orders 2-4 weeks.
Flat rate postage and packaging charges:
Note that for customers outside the UK, a customs declaration will be attached to your parcel. Your local customs may hold or examine the parcel, causing an added delay which is beyond our control. You may also be liable for additional taxes or duties for which Anvil Industry Ltd is not responsible.
If your order does not arrive within one week of placing your order (UK) or four weeks (rest of world) please contact us. Please contact your local postal service to see if there are any delays which may be affecting your order.

*We do not ship to every single country, and may remove a country from our shipping list if we receive a high proportion of missing or fraudulent orders, or if there is widespread copyright infringement.
