Delivery Information
Anvil Industry posts out everyday Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We use Royal Mail First Class delivery in the UK and Royal Mail Airmail for international deliveries.
Your product is securely packaged in a Jiffy bag or Cardboard Box with extra padding if needed.
We aim to hold all products in stock and dispatch normally within 24 hours of payment recieved. So UK orders will normally arrive in 2-3 days, European Union Orders 5-7 days and World Wide orders 7-10 days.
I charge a flat rate postage and packaging charge of £1.60 per order for UK customers, £3.50 per order for the European Union and £4 per order for the rest of the world.
Note that for customers outside the EU, a customs declaration will be attached to your parcel, your local customs may hold or examine the parcel, causing added delay which is beyond my control. You may also be liable for additional taxes or duties which Anvil Industry Ltd is not responsible.
If your order does not arrive within one week of placing your order (UK) or two weeks (rest of world) please email me to let me know its not turned up. Please contact your local postal service to see if there are any delays which may be affecting your order.
If you have any other issues related to delivery of your order, such as missing or damaged product, please email me and I will sort it out as soon as possible. Also email if you have any questions about delivery charges or proceedure.
